Details:

Mounted to my bench with machine washers and 12.9 bolts. Handles unscrew for convenience. I used it for one set of rods just to remove the end caps nothing more. These were Ultra rods so the caps where doweled.

These anodized aluminum vises will do the job perfectly, without damaging rod. Priced to sell. Don't confuse this fine piece of billet aluminum with $65 Proforma vise. Part Number: 100-9944.
