I only use ups if the order exceeds postal size or weight limits. It means its an unused original oem part as the factory made.

Nos does not mean flawless. For example I can not combined items like a rally wheel steering column because they be packed together of their sizes, or piece nos trim how delicate is. I did not see any damage to of the pistons.

There is no unless you see one listed added in on some but not all shipping quotes. If it has to be higher for reasons of special packaging I will clearly state.
