No rust, holes or breaks on the rubber membrane plenum. This is a very rare and hard to find c 3 Corvette part. Tested and vAcuum works great. Oem c 3 Corvette vAcuum cruise control servo unit with brAcket.

Please see pictures. I went to a local Chevy dealer and they could not find any part number in their catalogs. The only numbers on the part is 1890 on the side marked Ac Delco and 3211 on the rubber membrane. No rust on the brAcket.
