The 153 cu over pistons and rods with rings for gm Omc 4cyl cylinder. These pistons also fit cylinder and 283 v8.

I think the f means forged. Rings are sealed power e-450k 20. 5l engine is commonly used in Mercuries Marine applications from 1962 to the mid 80s. 5l to : you are looking at a set of stock replacement. The rods were cleaned and checked.
